The French Circle of Mid-Herts is affiliated to the Alliance Française de Londres, one of London’s foremost French language providers. The Alliance Française de Londres proudly supports affiliated French circles which hold an annual programme of lectures and socio-cultural events across the UK. Our mutual endeavours are part of a global network of like-minded associations.
The French Circle of Mid-Herts was established in 1972.. The Circle meets once a month on Fridays to hear talks or to take part in a social evening between September and June.

Annual Membership:
Membership: £25.00
Student Membership: £5.00 inc. buffet
£5 per person for virtual conferences for non-members marked (v) on the program
Event Entrance Fees - includes light buffet and drink
Members: £2.00
Non-members: £10.00 inc. buffet
The talks, in French, last approximately one hour and start at 7.30pm sharp. They are followed by wine and cheese. Members and visitors have an opportunity to chat in French and exchange ideas until 9.30 or 10.00pm.
